About Belle Guaran
Belle is a former Chief People and Culture Officer with over a decade in people leadership and a background spanning human resources, law and advocacy.
Their career has seen them work across culture, capability and change, close enough to the challenges faced by executive and senior leadership teams to see what team development and leadership shifts work in real life. There’s fewer post-it notes than they thought.
As a deaf person with a cochlear implant who learned Auslan in adulthood, Belle brings a lived understanding of what it means to navigate systems not built for everyone and to problem-solve on the fly. Through freediving, that understanding became something felt even more deeply: real internal shifts involve uncertainty, presence and a bit of risk.
They look a lot like play.
